INSTRUCTIONS


  • All entries should be in candidates own handwriting (in English) and the candidate shall be held personally responsible for incorrect entries made.

  • The application forms which are incomplete or which do not have relevant certificates are liable to be rejected.

  • The college reserves the right to cancel admission of the candidate at any stage if and when it is detected that the admission is against the rules.

  • If after admission, it is discovered that any of the statements in the application are incorrect or false, candidates will be summarily dismissed.

  • Application form shall be accompanied by one set of photo copies of relevant certificates and stamped envelops Original certificates will not be returned till the completion of the course, candidates are advised to keep sufficient copies with them.

COLLEGE NORMS

  • Students must have 75% of attendance in each semester as per OU norms.

  • Students should conduct themselves in a dignified way in and around the institute. Misbehavior with anybody and use of unparliamentarily language will be viewed seriously. Library & the computer lab are places where extreme silence is desired.

  • Students are normally required to dress up decently. Otherwise, they are liable to be sent out of the institute.

  • Students of SIMACS are not permitted to resort to strikes, demonstrations and union activities in the college campus Participation in any such activity shall automatically result in dismissal from the college.

  • Smoking, Consumption of alcoholic drinks, Gambling of any kind is prohibited within the college premises.

  • Ragging is strictly prohibited. Any student indulging in ragging will be expelled from the college without enquiry.

  • Students may go for industrial tours at their own expenses.

  • Students shall not object if their parents or guardians are contacted in regard to their irregularity in attending classes, default in payment of fees and poor performance and failure in examinations.

  • Principal of the college is the final authority with regards to the discipline in the institution and has full power to suspend, fine, rusticate or take any other action which is deemed necessary.
